Speaking Course
TLIELP 5030: Advanced Spoken English for Academic Purposes
This course is designed for international undergraduate and graduate students who wish to build oral communication skills and confidence to participate more actively in their academic classes. In addition to speaking, the course also addresses listening comprehension and notetaking skills for lectures and other purposes. In class, students will actively practice skills related to collaboration in group projects, interacting in full class discussions, and public speaking. Students will build the skills to be independent language learners for their future progress. This course is open to any international student.
